Known for its 18-hour, 100% pork-bone, house made ramen, Shimuja Ramen is the brainchild of Japanese-born chef Keiichi Maemura and managing partner Yoko Takarada of the iconic Toni's Sushi in Miami Beach and seven-year-old Shokudo in Miami.

Our server walked us through with great recommendations. The broth is absolutely tasty and worth every sip. Try the pork dumplings!!! We will certainly be back
The food is delicious (I ordered the ramen). The broth flavor was rich and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The service was fast and efficient too. Our waitress was nice and immediately informed us of their happy hour. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends/family.
After already being impressed by their spot in Downtown Miami, I had to try the main location. So glad I took the time to visit! The broth and especially the noodles were notably better here. It may be further out but I'll be showing this place to friends for sure.
